The Melrose Collection comprises three boutique communities in the heart of the Melrose District in Los Angeles. Developed by etco Homes, each has an individual personality that is designed to embrace Southern California’s mild climate. After the intial release of TMC and The Addison, we were tasked with refreshing the original brand and rolling out a flexible design system for the collective as it expanded.
